Losing Abdominal Fat Using Trans Fat Type

In relation to body fat in other parts of the body, fat in the stomach causing the most problems. Fat in the stomach and interfere with work, so many people trying to lose fat belly. There's a healthy way to get rid of fat in the abdomen.

If fat is accumulated in the stomach, the body is no longer distributed excess body fat. Fats are a "coming together in the gut visceral fat or intra-abdominal fat is associated with high cholesterol, high insulin, high triglycerides, high blood pressure and other problems.

Research has shown that smoking appears to induce physiological changes that favor the storage of fat in the belly, even if you're not overweight. So if you have not found the motivation yet to give up the cigarette habit, add losing that belly pooch to the long list of great reasons to quit!

High-sodium foods promote excess water retention can contribute to abdominal bloating and distention that give the appearance of a bigger belly. So if a flat tummy is your goal, start slashing the amount of sodium in your diet. Since over 75% of the sodium we eat comes from restaurant food, fast food and processed (packaged) foods, cutting back on sodium usually means eating out less and cooking meals at home from fresh, whole / minimally-processed ingredients.

Drink plenty of plain old water. Staying hydrated (in conjunction with a diet adequate in fiber) prevents constipation-a major contributor to preventable abdominal distension. And contrary to what you might think, drinking enough water actually helps prevent bloat-inducing excess water retention (particularly in conjunction with that low-sodium diet.)

These exercises are simple and cheap, and if carried out regularly can be very effective. Here are some of the best lower abdomen exercises:

Double leg lifts - lie on the carpet in the back. Keep your hands under the bottom with the palms on the floor. Lift your feet and hold vertically for several seconds. Lower legs down and hold them a few inches above the ground for several seconds. Repeat 5 times to start slowly and gradually increase it to 20 times. In addition, lifting the shoulders off the floor can be added to get better results.

Alternating legs walk - lying on the carpet in the back. Keep your hands under the bottom with the palms on the floor as in the previous exercise. Raise your left leg slowly until it normal for a few seconds. Now the lower left leg and a few inches above the ground. At the same time raising the right leg in a vertical position. Repeat lifting his feet alternately 5 times to start with and gradually increased 20 times. Raising your shoulders can be added to get better results.
