• If you do not want to apply anything on the affected area, no problem. Put five grams garden mint in water and make a paste. Filter this mixture and add 12 grams of sugar. Intake this mixture two times a day.
• Honey is also considered to be good home remedy for allergies but make sure that you purchase local but pure honey.
• Ginger is time tested and trusted home remedy for allergy one can peel and crush one-inch piece of fresh ginger root. It is then placed into a mug and boiling water is pour over. Steep it for 5-10 minutes and have it at once. The formula is also mild decongestant. This is one of the best diets for allergies.
• Carrot juice, combined with beetroot and cucumber juice, is an effective home remedy for treating allergies.
