Leucorrhea (discharge of white mucous material from the vagina; often an indication of infection) and excessive menstrual bleeding result from an inflammatory condition of the mucus membrane of the uterus. Frequent sex (especially if it began at an early age) can lead to various other genital complaints, which sometimes assume a malignant form, including cervical cancer.

• While cooking rice, don't throw the water that you used for making rice. Add some sugar to this water and drink it. This is one of the very effective home remedies for leucorrhoea.
• Fenugreek seeds are valuable for the treatment of leucorrhoea; include them liberally in your daily diet. Make a decoction by boiling 30-40 g of fenugreek seeds in a liter of water for 30 minutes. Strain it and use this water to douche your vagina.
• Take 5 grams powder of Indian gooseberry mixed with 5 grams sugar candy powder. This is a very good home remedy for leucorrhea.
• Take 8-10 leaves of Indian Rosewood tree + 25 grams sugar candy. Grind these and eat early in the morning .This is a very effective home remedy for white vaginal discharge.
