Male impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction or simply ED, is a sexual health issue where a man cannot maintain an erection of adequate quality for sexual activity. • Glandular Problems: - Problems with the thyroid, adrenal and other glands often result in impotence, because of lowered testosterone levels.
• Medications: -Many medications used to treat depression; ulcers and high blood pressure are known causes of male impotence. If this is the source of your male impotence, do not discontinue use of your medications. Discuss altering your treatment plan with a doctor.
• Heart Health: - High blood pressure and heart disease are both causes of male impotence. If you are 45 or older and are experiencing problems with male impotence it is important to visit a doctor to rule out these causes.
• Neurological Disorder: - Sometimes the cause of male impotence can be a neurological disorder like Parkinson's disease or Multiple Sclerosis.

Treat Male Impotence with Natural Home Remedies: -

• First, if you smoke STOP! Smoking leads to poor circulation and narrowing of the blood vessel in the pelvic area which reduces penile blood flow. Thus making it hard to achieve an erection.

• Also making sure that your body has enough zinc is a key factor. Try taking a zinc and copper supplement daily. The supplement should be 15-30 mg of zinc.
