Reduce Cellulite and Exercises for Cellulite

We know that the term "cellulite" refers to the deposition of water and fat between the skin and the layer directly below, accompanied by reduced elasticity of connective tissue and show the characteristic form "wrinkles" on the skin. Seven out of eight women suffering from cellulite. It is a situation of concern and even thin women and not just those with a weight above or greater accumulation of body fat. Created by poor local perfusion, which results in fat cells of that region not well fed. The abnormal fat accumulation that leads to these fat cells increase in volume, thus compressing the vessels, if they prevent the exchange of substances they exacerbate the problem of microcirculation.

Cellulite can appear in all parts of the body, but the most common are:

• Legs
• Buttocks
• Within arms
• Stomach
• Belly
• Legs

The causes of cellulite can be many such as sedentary lifestyle, decreased movement and physical activity, heredity, impaired blood circulation, some hormonal disturbances, the presence of obesity and poor diet, smoking, frequent and high alcohol consumption the constipation.

Depending on the causes, cellulite can and should be addressed.

The woman should:

• Restrict or even better to quit and make drinking in moderation
• Becoming more active in everyday life and to try if possible to do an organized activity (gym, some sports, hiking)
• Doing a good hormonal control and consult your doctor.

Exercises for Cellulite

One of the best ways to deal with cellulite and relaxation in various sensitive areas (thighs, buttocks) is the strength training exercises with toning and tightening. Of course, muscle strength, except that stimulates these areas has other beneficial effects, but, unfortunately, is unknown to most women and so the exercises are still untapped. H muscular stimulation enhances the metabolic rate, which, rather than decreasing (as is normal after thirty) is maintained or increased, so they burn more calories even at rest - that is, when you sit. Also, many are the health benefits in general. Let's see, however, some specific exercises you can do to stimulate the sensitive points either at home (with a hose or dumbbells) or at the gym.

Useful tips

• Do not forget to first do a warm-up 3-4 minutes on a bike or jogging spot for best performance.
• Anapneete freely in performing the exercises.
• Try to do 8-12 repetitions. If you do not "come out", reduce weight, while if "remove" more, increase the weight.
• Kanete these exercise 2-3 times a week.
• Serves on the movements slow and controlled.

Other recommendations:

• Reduced alcohol intake
• Avoid smoking
• Vigorous physical activity every day, from a simple walk in the gym. Any form of exercise helps to burn calories, improve blood flow to the tissues and blood circulation and to maintaining or losing weight.
