• Oatmeal Cream: a cream prepared by mixing 2 tablespoons oatmeal with a splash of olive oil and a few drops of lavender oil. We applied the cream on the grain. • Mask and garlic tea: prepare an infusion of tea with two cloves of garlic, mix the tea with oatmeal in a bowl and apply the mask. • Orange Skin Cream: scraping of the skin of an orange and scrapes are mixed with plain yogurt and oatmeal. • Blend carrot 125grs 50grs asparagus and spinach. Fasting is taken daily.
