Heartburn is the Main Problem Gastric and Treatment

Gastritis is a condition involving inflammation or swelling of the lining of the stomach. The gastric mucosa is red, appearing in various forms of imagery in flame red or subepithelial hemorrhage. It may be that only part of the stomach is affected or the entire stomach area.

Food Care

For those people who suffer from digestive problems it is advisable to follow a diet that helps control the symptoms of heartburn and reflux:

• No alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee or snuff (particularly in patients with ulcer).
• Avoid eating spicy and acidic foods as they increase the stomach pain.
• Fats, red meats, sausages, pastries worsen reflux.
• Make five little heavy meals a day.
• Increasing your intake of vegetables, legumes, fruits and cereals.
• After dinner, let a reasonable time (about 2 hours) before bedtime.
• If obesity lose weight are advised to avoid abdominal pressure on the stomach.
• Avoid wearing tight clothing or belts to the body.
